Many warranty providers require an initial diagnosis to be carried out by a VAT-registered garage before authorising any repairs. We can complete this diagnosis and provide the required documentation to support your car warranty claim.
Please note that the cost of the initial diagnosis is payable by the customer. Some warranty providers may reimburse this cost as part of your claim, depending on the terms and conditions of your policy. Please check your warranty agreement for full details.

Administration fee
A £99 administration fee applies to each warranty claim. This covers the administration involved in liaising with your warranty provider, preparing documentation, obtaining approvals, and processing your claim.
